Looking for other dirt bike parts & accessories?

If you are here, it is because you have purchased from our competition.

HDB is a small business, not a corporation, and we take great pride in producing the best hand guards for dirt bikes and motorcycles money can buy.

We have always been passionate about trail riding here in Colorado and the lack of available hand protection products spawned HDB Offroad.

Everything is machined from American-supplied 6061 aluminum nothing is cast or made offshore. Everything is made here in Colorado in-house or from aerospace suppliers. When you receive our UHG’s at first glance you will notice the quality of workmanship.

In a disposable world, it is tough to find products that last. We continually hear stories from customers wearing out a bike and transferring their HDB handguards to their next one.

Why HDB Handguards?

We want you to not have to worry about breaking sh!t, when out in your favorite terrain, we want you to be able to trust that your equipment will deliver as promised!

Should you at any point in time be unhappy with your purchase from HDB, let us know, we want to ensure that everything that leaves the shop, lives up to the standards that we put on ourselves – Never leave unhappy!

These are the best handgaurds out there.
Very well built, fit is great for the T7. No extra vibration with removal of the removal of the weights. Install was easy and straight forward. I am running ProTaper steering damper low bars currently. I had to tap my bar ends but that was about a 20min job at max. Only thing negative to say is they cost a bit more then average and I wish they came anodized. With that said you pay for what you get and these are top quality made is the USA. I am always willing to pay more for made in USA products.

Sturdy, well made, and look good.

Sturdy, well made, and look good. Fit was great. Install was easy. I had to trim a little off my throttle tube for it to move freely but that was easy to do with a box knife.

Excellent fit and quality!

HBD worked with me to get a great setup before they had a full kit for the T7, and I couldn’t be happier. And get the mirrors! They are dead steady and really nice to fold in when needed.

The best setup.

The best setup. Guards and mirrors work great. Bolt right up with a design that can’t be beat.

What makes your handguards better?

  • Our products handmade in-house in Denver, Colorado made with aircraft grade aluminum. Our shields are sturdier, modular and virtually unbreakable. If you’re looking for durability and performance, try HDB Ultimate Handguards out!

  • What are “big bolts” and why do you use them?

  • We use “big bolts” because the contact surface area is many times greater between the bar end and guard. The massive 5/8 bolt has a counter sunk head to rigidly increase its attachment strength. Simple and strong as the rider with big nuts holding the bars.

  • Do you have a refund or return policy?

  • Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within (30) days of your receipt of the goods, we will arrange to collect them (the whole order) and give a full refund. Or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you, and we are notified within 10 days of the customer’s receipt of the product.

All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.

  • How long does it take to ship?

  • Like most deliveries, it depends on where you live, but we usually take up to 3 days to process orders, and typically begin processing an order up to same day depending on when you order (we typically process orders in the morning). Keep in mind, we’re a small shop and still hand bend and hand pack every order.

  • Do you ship internationally?

  • Kinda! We ship to Australia and Canada – BUT, keep in mind, we’re in Denver, CO USA. These parts are heavy and come with additional cost. Larger companies get discounts on flat rate shipping in bulk, but we’re small and have limited resources.

  • How do I install X part on my bike?

  • Check out our How-to’s section for specific directions on how to install our parts on your bike. Keep in mind, the more custom the bike, the more work you may have to do to make it fit. Questions, or want to know if our part will fit your bike? Just reach out via phone or email and we can let you know before you buy.

  • Do I need a fatbar adaptor for my bike?

  • It depends! If you have 7/8″ bars, or steel bars, its likely! Cheaper bikes with cross-bars are often incompatible with our products. Questions, or want to know if our part will fit your bike? Just reach out via phone or email and we can let you know before you buy.

  • Is this part compatible with my custom setup?

  • If you have 7/8″ bars, or steel bars, you’re probably good! Bikes with cross-bars are often incompatible with our products. Questions, or want to know if our part will fit your bike? Contact us via phone or email and we can let you know before you buy.
