Rallye Lite Kits:
With the Rallye Lite system we will be replacing all stock components from the upper triple clamp up. This is common with all the Rallye Lite kits.
All build ups begin with the Tower Mount, HDB Lower handlebar clamps, your choice of height and then a HDB Top Clamp.
From there the kits differ with the choice of side plates.
Tower Mounts come in 4 widths for matching the upper triple lower handlebar clamp mounting holes. 90mm, 98mm, 100mm and 106mm.
Tower Mount thicknesses.
Add .625"to the lower clamp stack up to get overall height,
HDB Lower Clamps.
Then the HDB 1 1/8"Lower Clamps.
Shown are the available heights, when stacked on top of the Tower Mount the finished height of the centerline of the handlebars will be the lower clamp height added to the Tower mount thickness.
HDB Top Clamps,
Carefully measure your handlebar top clamp bolt pattern, and then choose a top clamp from the list.
Our top clamps only support 1 1/8" bars, that is the diameter at the clamping surfaces where the top clamp mounts, not to be confused with the grips and control clamping diameter, that will be 7/8".
Now it's time to discuss where the kits differ.
The Rallye Lite Pro™ is a very rugged overbuilt rallye lite tower.
The tower attaches to the upper and lower triple clamp and is completely made of 6061-T6 black anodized aluminum.
Currently all Rallye Lite kits support Baja Designs Squadron Pro and Squadron Lite LED race lights and for those on a budget, ADV Monster LED lights.
The difference between the Rallye Lite Pro™ and the Rallye Lite Al version is the latter kit does not attach to the lower triple clamp.
This greatly simplifies the install and applications.
The difference between the Rallye Lite Al and Rallye Lite DS is the latter kit does not include the road book holder mount and has HDPE side plates.

Starts with a frame mount that bolts to the frame with 3 M8 bolts through to a backing plate inside the steering stem.
